Return and Cancellation Policy

What is the 15-Days Replacement Policy? 

GlamRatna has a 15-days product replacement policy in case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment.In such cases, we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact our customer service via email at support@glamratna.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money if we do not have the same product in our stock.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 15-Day Replacement Policy:

  • Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box (GlamBox) and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any jewelry that has no original invoice.
  • Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any jewelry that has been washed.
  • Any jewelry not in its original condition or used.
  • Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.


How will I get refunded amount for the return?

Our team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days after receiving the product. For Cash On Delivery items, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.


Cancellation Policy: 

Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side. GlamRatna reserves the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. GlamRatna may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.


Cancellation by Customer Before Dispatch:

GlamRatna will cancel the order and will refund the entire amount of the product(s) within 7 working days if we receive a cancellation notice from your side before dispatching order from our warehouse.


Cancellation by Customer After Dispatch:

Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, the cancellation charges will become applicable that is 5% of the total order value and the shipping charges incurred on that particular order. We expect that no difference of opinion will happen from your side regarding the cancellation.
